Client initiated process where the details of company openings are discussed with a search consultant.

Targeting
Process specific to each unique Job Order where a list of potential source companies and potential candidates is compiled.

Sourcing
The art of the search process. Our consultants are highly skilled at networking and sourcing passive candidates.

Gauge
Our consultants will screen potential candidates based on their skills, experience and stability.

Qualifying
Candidates that make it to this point in our approach will now complete a thorough assessment weighed against our clients job order requirements.

Presentation
Candidates resumes are presented to hiring managers along with the results of the previous five steps in our approach, allowing hiring managers invaluable information as to the experience, motivation and credentials of the candidate.

Interview Accommodations
When it comes time for the clients and candidates to meet, we will facilitate the interview process by handling all scheduling, travel arrangements and accommodations as required by our client and candidates.

Offer Stage
Our consultants will offer our expertise as needed to mediate all offer proposals to the candidate. The Merritt Search Group’s recruiters are all skilled and trained in salary negotiation and are able to ensure an easy transition for the candidate to be comfortable with an offer acceptance. Our firm maintains a 99% acceptance rate!

Placement
After a candidate accepts a proposed offer, a start date and time is determined.
